Refund & Return Policy

At PawsandTreatz, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods (like pet treats or food), personalized items, or used pet products cannot be returned.

Return Process
To start a return, please email support@pawsandtreatz.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the steps and provide the return address.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank. If the issue persists, reach out to us directly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
